How does it work?
Both of our locations offer Emergency After-hours Parts during planting and harvest.
Each evening and on weekends one of our Parts Associates takes a phone home with them, and can make trips to the store when an emergency arises. There is a $25 dollar charge for this service. The Parts Associate will first look up the part before making the trip down to the store. If the Parts Associate does not answer the phone, please leave a detailed message and your phone number, and they will get back to you as soon as possible. We ask for your patience as there is only one person on call and they may be busy assisting other customers. The phone will be off during bad weather and/or poor field conditions.
Service Department
We understand breakdowns during this time are frustrating and stressful, to make sure we can help you as quickly and as best as possible we ask that you contact our Service Managers first. Brooks in Sioux Falls and Paul in Freeman. We understand that you may have the direct number for the Service Technician that you need, but if you call the pertinent service manager first, we may be able to get someone out to you faster. Our Service Technicians' primary responsibility is to repair equipment and their number one focus is on the equipment they are currently working on. That means sometimes phone calls can go unanswered or unreturned. Calling the Service Manager first helps make sure we can get to you as soon as possible and get you back to the field quicker.
From everyone at Sioux International, we hope you have a safe and productive Spring!
