DIY Repair & maintenance
At Sioux International we have always supported your ability to repair your equipment. We are committed to providing our Customers with the parts, tools, and knowledge to safely and effectively diagnose, maintain and repair your equipment. Our Parts Department provides the full line of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CNHi Parts, Remanufactured (REMAN) Parts, and alternative value/aftermarket parts. In addition to parts, we also provide additional resources designed to support customers that are comfortable in doing their own equipment repair and maintenance.
Manuals
Digital and hard copies of operators manuals, installation instructions, and service/repair manuals are available for purchase in store. They can also be purchased through the CNHi Document Management Center at My CNHi Store , and clicking on “Equipment Manuals” at the bottom of the page.
Repair Tools
Specialized tools may be required or recommended for certain repairs. These tools are usually referenced in service manuals by part number. These tools can be purchased at your local Sioux International Parts Department. Contact our Parts Department to inquire.
Customer Electronic Service Tool (EST), Adapters and Software Subscriptions
Sioux International offers our customers the CNHi OEM Customer EST and the required adapter and software subscriptions for our Case IH product line. The customer EST provides the following equipment information and diagnostic functionality:
• Controller status/version retrieval
• Parameter monitoring
• Fault code retrieval and clearing
• Fault code descriptions and repair processes
• Electronic version of service manuals
• Electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Disassembly and reassembly instruction

DCase IH offers a multitude of videos on correctly setting and maintaining many of the equipment offerings they have. These are posted publicly on their YouTube channel.
